The Infinix Smart 8 is slated to be released shortly, and the device's details have just emerged online. The phone is expected to replace the Infinix Smart 7, which was introduced in February of this year and featured a Unisoc SC9863A1 SoC and a 6,000mAh battery. It comes in two storage configurations and three color choices. The phone is anticipated to be an improvement over its predecessor. The name of the company's future cellphone has not yet been officially disclosed, but it was recently uncovered on a certification website, where certain critical specs were hinted at.

According to MySmartPrice, the Infinix Smart 8 has appeared on the Google Play Console website. The phone's specs and a design render of the putative device's front panel are supposedly available on the website. It has a hole-punch slot in the center of the display to accommodate the front camera. The screen is surrounded by very thin bezels and a somewhat broader chin. The power button and volume rockers are visible on the handset's right edge.

According to the description, the Infinix Smart 8 will have a display with a resolution of HD+ (1,612 x 720 pixels). It is most likely powered by a Unisoc T606 SoC with 3GB of RAM. According to the listing, the phone would come with Android 13.

The phone was also noticed on the FCC website and Geekbench prior to its arrival on the Google Play Console. According to previous leaks reported in the paper, the Infinix Smart 8 might include a 5,000mAh battery with 10W wired fast charging capabilities. It will also provide 4G LTE connection. The handset's dimensions are believed to be 164mm x 76mm x 9mm.

Its predecessor, the Infinix Smart 7, is now available in two storage configurations in India. The base 64GB model costs Rs. 7,299 in India, while the premium 128GB variant costs Rs. 7,999. The phone is available in three colors: Azure Blue, Emerald Green, and Night Black.
