In India, HP Pavilion Plus Laptops Get 13th Gen Intel Core Chipsets with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU

HP has updated its Pavilion Plus laptop portfolio in India with improved CPU and GPU choices. Targeting a younger demographic, the HP Pavilion Plus 14 and HP Pavilion Plus 16 now include up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics onboard. The 14-inch notebook is available with 13th Gen Intel Core i7 processors and up to an AMD Ryzen 7 7840H processor. Meanwhile, the HP Pavilion Plus laptop now supports up to a 13th generation Intel Core i7 CPU.

Both laptops include IMAX-enhanced screens for immersive graphics and AI productivity tools. The AI-powered HP Presence 2.0 function blurs backgrounds on video conversations, adjusts lighting, maintains focus, and corrects skin tones.

HP Pavilion Plus 14 and HP Pavilion Plus 16 price and availability in India

The HP Pavilion Plus 14 laptop starts at Rs. 91,999, while the HP Pavilion Plus 16 model starts at Rs. 1,24,999. At launch, the Pavilion Plus 14 laptop will be available in Moonlight Blue and Natural Silver colorways, while the Pavilion Plus 16 notebook will be available in Warm Gold and Natural Silver colorways.

HP Pavilion Plus 14 specs

The 14-inch Pavilion Plus 14-inch model features an IMAX enhanced 2.8K (2880 x 1800 pixels) OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, 88 percent screen-to-body ratio, and 16:10 aspect ratio. The display has a maximum SDR brightness of 400nits and a maximum HDR brightness of 500nits.

It now has an Intel Core i7 1355U CPU or an AMD Ryzen 7 7840H processor, as well as up to 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM, a 1 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD, and Intel Iris Xe graphics. The laptop comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home and a 5-megapixel webcam.

The Pavilion Plus 14 laptop's connectivity options are Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.3. The battery of the laptop is 68Wh and allows rapid charging. The laptop has one Thunderbolt 4 connector with USB Type-C, two USB Type-A connections, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an HDMI 2.1 port. The laptop has dimensions of 31.4 x 22.7 x 1.75 cm and weighs 1.44 kg.

HP Pavilion Plus 16 specs

This Windows Home 11 laptop has a WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixel) IPS display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a peak brightness of 400 nits, and an 89.74 percent screen-to-body ratio. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i7-13700H CPU, 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM, 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe TLC M.2 SSD storage, and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics. The laptop also includes a 5-megapixel camera with a privacy shutter.

Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 (2x2) and Bluetooth 5.3 are among the connectivity possibilities. The laptop has one Thunderbolt 4 connector with a USB Type-C power supply port, one USB Type-A port, a 3.5mm audio jack, an AC smart pin, and an HDMI 2.1 port. The laptop includes twin Bang & Olufsen speakers.

The HP Pavilion Plus 16 has a 68Wh battery with a stated quick charging capacity of up to 50% in 30 minutes. With full-HD video playback, HP says the laptop has a battery life of up to 15 hours and 45 minutes.

The HP laptop has dimensions of 14.06 x 9.98 x 0.7 (front) - 0.78 (hinge) inches and weighs around 1.9 kg.
