The Vivo T2 Pro 5G, the Chinese smartphone brand's latest 5G mobile, was released in India on Friday, September 22. The new Vivo T series smartphone is available in two color variants and features a curved AMOLED display. The MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC and 8GB of RAM power the Vivo T2 Pro 5G. The phone can employ unused bits of the storage as additional memory for increased performance using the expanded RAM capability. The Vivo T2 Pro 5G comes with a 64-megapixel dual rear camera and a 4,600mAh battery that supports 66W rapid charging. The device appears to be a rebadged version of the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G, which was released in India last month for Rs. 21,999.

The base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the Vivo T2 Pro 5G costs Rs. 23,999. The most expensive option, with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, costs Rs 24,999. The handset is available in two colors: New Moon Black and Dune Gold. Starting September 29, it will be available for purchase through Vivo's India e-store, e-commerce site Flipkart, and select retail locations.
Vivo is providing a Rs. 2,000 immediate discount on purchases made using ICICI and Axis bank cards. It also offers an additional exchange incentive of up to Rs. 1,000.

The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo T2 Pro 5G runs Funtouch OS 13, which is based on Android 13. It has a 6.78-inch full-HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, pixel density of 388 ppi, and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. The curving display includes a notch in the center for the selfie camera. The device is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 8GB of additional RAM. The cellphone is alleged to have gotten over 7,20,000 points on the AnTuTu benchmarking platform and is the quickest smartphone under Rs. 25,000. The Vivo T2 Pro 5G has a dual rear camera configuration for photographs and videos, with a 64-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an f/1.79 lens, and a 2-megapixel bokeh shooter. It includes a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture on the front. Night mode, panoramic, time-lapse video, dual view, portrait, and slow motion are among the photographic modes supported by the camera configuration. It also has 256GB of UFS2.2 storage.
The Vivo T2 Pro 5G supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, Beidou, Glonass, Galileo, QZSS, and USB 2.0 connectivity. An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and gyroscope are among the sensors aboard. For authentication, there is also an in-display fingerprint scanner.
A 4,600mAh battery powers the Vivo T2 Pro 5G and enables 66W rapid charging. This in-house quick charging system claims to charge the battery from 0 to 50% in 22 minutes. Likewise, the battery is touted to provide up to 56.85 hours of music playback on a single charge. It has dimensions of 164.10x74.80x7.36mm and weighs roughly 176 grams.
