Xiaomi revealed on Weibo on Monday (September 11) that the Redmi Note 13 Pro series will be available in China later this month. The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will be the successors to last year's Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. The future smartphones are expected to include 200-megapixel back cameras. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ features a new MediaTek CPU and a modified Samsung ISOCELL camera sensor from Xiaomi.
Xiaomi has announced through Weibo that it will launch the Redmi Note 13 Pro series later this month. It has posted many teasers on the Chinese social networking site, disclosing the camera specs and processor for the future devices. For the current series, Redmi has cooperated with Samsung and MediaTek.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro series will have a 200-megapixel rear camera system. The new 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 7200-Ultra SoC will power the Redmi Note 13 Pro+. The new chipset would be an improvement above the existing Dimensity 7200 SoC found in the iQoo Z7 Pro 5G and Vivo V27.
Furthermore, for increased image quality, the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ contains a customized version of the 200-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL HP3 Discovery Edition camera sensor. This modified Samsung sensor would be identical to the 200-megapixel Samsung HPX sensor featured in the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G from last year.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ have just been seen on the TENAA website under the model numbers 2312DRA50C and 2312DRA50C, respectively. According to the listing, they would have a 6.67-inch OLED display and 5G connection. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ will have up to 18GB of RAM, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro will have up to 16GB of RAM. According to the TENAA filing, the gadgets have four RAM and storage choices. They might also house a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro will reportedly have a 5,020mAh battery. The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ might receive a 4,880mAh battery.
