According to reports, Realme intends to introduce the next generation of its GT Neo series smartphones in China. The physical details of both smartphones, which are expected to be released as the Realme GT Neo 6 and Realme GT Neo 6 Pro, have been leaked on Twitter. According to the newest report, the ordinary Realme GT Neo 6 might be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity SoC, while the "Pro" variant could be equipped with a top-of-the-line Snapdragon processor. Its predecessor, the Realme GT Neo 5, is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It was released in China earlier this year.

On Twitter, tipster Alex (Twitter @alextechetc) revealed the CPU and a few other critical features of the rumoured Realme GT Neo 6 series. According to the source, the Realme GT Neo 6 series will include two models: the basic Realme GT Neo 6 and the Realme GT Neo 6 Pro. The ordinary model is expected to be driven by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 series processor, while the pro model is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.

The insider also mentioned that the Realme GT Neo 6 would have a 5,000mAh battery with 100W capability. It is also expected to come with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The Realme GT Neo 6 Pro, on the other hand, is said to be powered by a 4,600mAh battery with 240W charging capabilities. The phones may have up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.

The Realme GT Neo 6 design was recently leaked. The smartphone is said to have a dual-toned green back panel with a big rectangular camera island containing three camera sensors and an LED flash module on the rear. Furthermore, a Snapdragon branding was observed on the back panel, implying that the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which contradicts the information from the current leak.

Furthermore, the Realme GT Neo 6 leak shows sporty narrow edges with the volume and power buttons on the right side. However, these data should be taken with a grain of salt because the business has yet to declare any intentions to introduce a successor to the Realme GT Neo 5 line of smartphones.
