The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event has been scheduled on July 26 in South Korea. Samsung has yet to announce the official name of the next-generation Galaxy Z series foldable smartphones, although the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 are likely to be unveiled at the event. As anticipation for the Unpacked event grows, the firm began accepting pre-orders for the fifth generation of foldable phones in India on Thursday (July 6). The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC is likely to power both the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
The reservation procedure for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 has commenced on Samsung's India website. Customers who want to pre-order the future foldable devices may do so by paying Rs. 1,999 on Samsung.com, Amazon, and Flipkart. Pre-orders may also be placed at Samsung's Exclusive Stores and major retail locations around the country.
Users who pre-order the devices will earn advantages of Rs. 5,000 on the purchase of new foldable handsets, as well as two percent loyalty points with the Samsung Shop app. Customers who purchase two or more goods from the firm will receive a 5% discount. However, the page does not give the specific names of the devices. Users may now pre-order the forthcoming Galaxy Watch as well as the Galaxy Tab S9 series tablets.
On July 26, the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will begin at 4:30pm IST in Seoul. The event will be broadcast live on the company's website and YouTube channel. Samsung has not said how many devices will be unveiled at the event, but it has teased the arrival of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 with the motto "Join the flip side."
