Both the Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro are expected to ship with MIUI 14. The former might be available in black, while the latter could be available in meadow green. They might have AMOLED panels with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The Xiaomi 13T is rumoured to be powered by a "flagship 4nm SoC," which might be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The Xiaomi 13T Pro, on the other hand, is expected to ship with a "leading 4nm SoC," which might be a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC.

They are rumoured to come with Leica-branded cameras, although the sensor specs are unknown. The Xiaomi 13T might have 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, whilst the Xiaomi 13T Pro is rumoured to have 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro are likely to have 5,000mAh batteries. The former may support 67W fast charging, but the Pro model may support 120W fast charging. They are reported to come with compatible chargers in the box.
