The Vivo X100 Series and Watch 3 will be available on November 13; the Pro Model Design has been officially teased

The Vivo X100 series has long been expected to successor the Vivo X90 range, which debuted in China in November 2022. The Vivo X100 series, like its predecessors, is likely to have three models: the Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro, and Vivo X100 Pro+. Specifications and design renderings of the phones have leaked online in recent weeks. The base model was just discovered offered on an e-commerce site with a price range. Vivo has now announced the Vivo X100 series launch date. The Vivo X100 Pro's design has also been publicly teased.


Vivo stated in a Weibo post that the Vivo X100 series would be available in China on November 13 at 7:00 p.m. local Beijing time (4:30 p.m. IST). Another article and a banner on the Vivo China website stated that the Vivo Watch 3 with BlueOS would be available on the same day.


Meanwhile, a Vivo representative teased the design of the forthcoming Vivo X100 Pro in another Weibo post. The phone appears to have a blue ripple glass finish. The design is inspired by the sky and numerous celestial objects, according to the business CEO. The huge round rear camera module is located in the center of the back panel, at the top. It has four camera sensors and a vertical LED flash unit on the top right corner of the panel, outside the module.


According to previous sources, the Vivo X100 Pro would include a 1-inch Sony IMX989 main rear sensor, a Samsung JN1 sensor with an ultra-wide lens, and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto photographer with 4.3x optical zoom. The basic model will likewise have comparable camera specifications, with the exception of a Sony IMX920 sensor as the primary camera and a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.

 

LPDDR5T RAM is also expected in the Vivo X100 phones. The base model is said to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, while the pro model is expected to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU. The top-tier Vivo X100 Pro+ is said to be powered by Qualcomm's newest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.


Previously, a report stated that the Vivo X100 edition with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage will cost CNY 3,999 (about Rs. 45,500). Notably, the 8GB + 256GB model of the Vivo X90 was priced at Rs. 59,999 in India at launch, while the single 12GB + 256GB variant was priced at Rs. 84,999.
