The Xiaomi 13T series will be available internationally on September 26. The cameras will be Leica-tuned. There have been suspicions and rumors concerning the handsets, with specs and design renderings released online. The Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro are likely to be part of the range. They are expected to supersede the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro, both of which were introduced in October 2022. A Xiaomi executive revealed specifics about the Android and security enhancements for the phones ahead of the launch.
Xiaomi's Communications Director, Daniel Desjarlais (@Daniel_in_HD), said in a post on X that the forthcoming Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro would receive four major Android OS upgrades and five years of security fixes. This is comparable to what Samsung and Google provide with their top devices. The phones will be introduced during a press conference in Berlin at 2 p.m. GMT (7:30 p.m. IST). The phones will have cameras co-engineered by Leica.

According to previous rumors, the Xiaomi 13T will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, while the Xiaomi 13T Pro will have a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144Hz.
The standard Xiaomi 13T will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra SoC. In contrast, the Xiaomi 13T Pro is believed to contain a MediaTek Dimensity 9200 processor. Both handsets are likely to come with MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
According to previous reports, the Xiaomi 13T would include a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultrawide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel sensor with a macro lens.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 13T Pro will most likely include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 main sensor with OIS, a 13-megapixel Omnivision OV138 sensor, and a 50-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens.
The Xiaomi 13T, which is powered by 5,000mAh batteries, is believed to enable 67W cable fast charging, while the Xiaomi 13T Pro is reported to support 120W wired fast charging.
