The OnePlus Pad Go is scheduled to be introduced shortly, featuring improvements over the OnePlus Pad, which was announced in February and was powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The Shenzhen-based electronics manufacturing firm has previously been said to be working on their second tablet. A leaker has now revealed the tablet's release date. The OnePlus tablet is expected to be released with new OnePlus headphones and the alleged OnePlus 12 and 12R devices. Details concerning the phones have lately circulated the internet.
According to a MySmartPrice story quoting tipster Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh), the OnePlus Pad Go will come in January 2024 alongside the OnePlus 12, OnePlus 12R, and new OnePlus earphones. The Android tablet was recently seen on the BIS website with the product codes OPD2304 and OPD2305, which are presumably for the OnePlus Pad Go's Wi-Fi and cellular variants.
Although no additional information about the tablet have been revealed, it is likely to be a significant advance over the OnePlus Pad. The OnePlus Pad 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB models are available in India for Rs. 37,999 and Rs. 39,999, respectively.
The OnePlus Pad has an 11.61-inch display with a refresh rate of 144Hz, a resolution of 2800 x 2000, and a peak brightness level of 500 nits and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. It has a 13-megapixel back camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. It has a 9,510mAh battery and supports 67W SUPERVOOC rapid charging. In the retail packaging, the tablet comes with a matching magnetic keyboard and a pen.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus 12 is expected to ship with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 16GB or 24GB of RAM, and the Android 14-based OxygenOS 14. It will most likely have a 6.7-inch fluid LTPO 2K AMOLED display. The device might contain a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens, a 64-megapixel sensor with a telephoto lens, and a 32-megapixel sensor in the front. It might have a 5,400mAh battery with quick 100W cable charging and 50W wireless charging.
The OnePlus 12R, on the other hand, will include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, a 5,500mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging capability, and an alert slider. It will most likely have a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor, a 32-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 16-megapixel front camera.
