Nio Phone featuring Car Integration and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC Released: Price and Specs

Nio Phone was released in China for less than CNY 7,500 (about Rs. 85,200). The company's debut smartphone is available in three RAM and storage configurations, as well as seven various colorways. The phone is presently posted on the Nio China website, disclosing all of its features, design, and pricing. The phone has a 5,200mAh battery that supports 66W rapid wired charging and 50W wireless flash charging. It has a 6.81-inch LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The Nio Phone is available in three RAM and storage configurations: 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, 12GB RAM + 1TB storage, and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage, with prices starting at CNY 6,499 (approximately Rs. 73,800), CNY 6,899 (about Rs. 78,350), and CNY 7,499 (roughly Rs. 85,200). Edelweiss White, Yuan Shan Dai (translated from Chinese), Star Green, Mirror Empty Powder (translated from Chinese), Hemosphere Blue, Star Gray, and a special EPedition in Ink Blue color are the available color options for the phone.

Specs for the Nio Phone

The dual-SIM Nio Phone comes pre-installed with the company's own skin SkyUI. The phone has a 6.81-inch LTPO OLED display with a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has a max brightness of 1800 nits and HDR10+ certification. A hole-punch cutout in the top-center of the display houses a selfie camera.

The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, along with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The Nio Phone features a triple rear camera arrangement with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 main camera sensor. Surprisingly, the other two back cameras are likewise 50-megapixel sensors, one with OIS and the other with 2.8x optical zoom. According to the business, all three cameras may serve as primary camera sensors.

A 5,200mAh battery powers the phone and offers 66W rapid wired charging and 50W wireless flash charging.
