Apple revealed the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max on Tuesday during the company's 'Wonderlust' event, which was live webcast from Apple Park in California. The company's cutting-edge A17 Pro chipset powers these devices. They also include a configurable Action button like the Apple Watch Ultra. Unlike their predecessors, the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max contain a USB Type-C charging connector. The top-tier variant has a periscope camera system for increased zoom capability.

The new iPhone 15 Pro starts at Rs. 1,34,900 for the standard 128GB edition, while the iPhone 15 Pro Max costs Rs. 1,59,900 (256GB). The devices will also be available with storage capacities of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

Pre-orders commence on September 15, and the phones will be available for purchase on September 22. The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be available in Black Titanium, Blue Titanium, Natural Titanium, and White Titanium finishes, according to Apple.

The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max include 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screens with Apple's Ceramic Shield technology and up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness, respectively. Both handsets are dust and water resistant, with an IP68 rating. They are powered by Apple's new 3nm chipset A17 Pro chipset, which provides a 10% improvement in performance while being up to three times more efficient than the competition.

For greater durability and lightweight, the handsets are built from Grade 5 titanium and an aluminum substructure. They also have a new Action button that replaces the Mute switch and may be set to a variety of tasks.

The iPhone 15 Pro variants include a 12-megapixel TrueDepth camera with Apple f/1.9 aperture for taking selfies and making video calls.

The new iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, like the normal versions, include a USB Type-C connector with USB 3.0 capabilities. With an extra connection, it can carry data at up to 10 Gbps. Apple claims that the iPhone 15 Pro will last a whole day, while the iPhone 15 Pro Max will last even longer. According to the business, the phones also support the Qi2 standard, which provides quicker wireless charging speeds.
