Vivo is expected to release the Vivo V29 Pro with the Vivo V29 5G. The Chinese smartphone maker has yet to divulge any information regarding the next device. The Vivo V29 Pro, on the other hand, has purportedly been detected on the Geekbench certification website, with the listing revealing some of its essential features such as CPU and RAM data. The phone is said to have 12GB of RAM and will ship with Android 13. The model number V2251 has been discovered on the smartphone. It is believed to be the successor of the Vivo V27 Pro, which was released earlier this year.
According to MySmartPrice, the alleged Vivo V29 Pro has been listed with the model number V2251 on the Geekbench website. According to the description, the phone might have 12GB of RAM and run Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 out of the box. The device is labelled with the motherboard K6895v1_64, implying a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC with a maximum clock speed of 3.1GHz.
Furthermore, the Vivo V29 Pro is said to have scored 4,394 in the single-core test and 14,677 in the multi-core test. Aside from this, the Geekbench listing provides no more information about the phone.
The phone was first seen on the official Vivo website in May, exposing display features and crucial specs. The page, however, was eventually deleted. The phone was said to have a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixel) OLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It was rumoured to have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The product website also disclosed information on the phone's camera. The Vivo V29 Pro is expected to include three rear cameras, headlined by a 64-megapixel main sensor. The camera sensors will be located on a rectangular camera island on the top left corner of the rear panel, according to the teaser picture. The front camera was supposed to include a 50-megapixel sensor. A 5,000mAh battery, 66W rapid charging capabilities, and a black colour option have also been revealed.
