Nothing Ear 2 was introduced earlier this year in India as a sequel to the Nothing Ear 1, which was published in July 2021 for Rs. 5,999. Each earbud in the Ear 2 has up to 40dB of active noise suppression, bespoke drivers, and AI-backed microphones. According to a tip, the earbuds will be released in a new colour version in addition to the existing white variant. The new hue is expected to be introduced alongside the Nothing Phone 2, which is set to be released on July 11.
Leaked design images of a black-colored Nothing Ear 2 have been posted by tipper Roland Quandt (@rquant). According to the photos, the earbuds in this edition have a semi-transparent design. The charging case's internal components are seen in black. The earphones also include a lot of black.

With the charging case, they have a total battery life of up to 36 hours.
