Insta360 Go 3 with Action Pod especially Up to 2.7K Video Recording Has Been Released: All Details

The Insta360 Go 3 action camera was released on Tuesday as the company's latest product. The gadget includes a magnetic body and compatibility for a new Action Pod, which has a flip touchscreen and can display a preview while also extending the camera's battery life. With new loop recording, pre-recording, and timed capture modes, it can record video at up to 2.7K quality. The Insta360 Go 3 comes in three storage sizes and has a battery life of up to 45 minutes without the Action Pod.

Price and availability for the Insta360 Go 3

The base 32GB storage variant costs $379 (approximately Rs. 31,100), while the 64GB and 128GB models cost $399 (about Rs. 32,700) and $429 (nearly Rs. 35,200), respectively. It will be available to buy via the Insta360 website. The business has yet to reveal price and availability information for the Insta360 Go 3 in India.

Specs and features of the Insta360 Go 3

The new Insta360 Go 3 is the successor of the Insta360 Go 2 that was announced in 2021, and it features a pill-shaped form identical to the previous generation. The current model, on the other hand, features a higher resolution of 2.7K (up from 2K) at 24fps. It can also record at 2K and full-HD resolutions at up to 50 frames per second. Video options include FreeFrame Video, Video, Timelapse, Slow, and TimeShift, while photo modes include HDR Photo, Interval, Photo, and Starlapse.

The camera has an f/2.2 aperture and can capture photos with a resolution of 2,560x1,440 pixels. Photos are saved in the INSP and DNG formats, while music and video are saved in the AAC and MP4 formats, respectively. Storage options for the camera are 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB. It comes with a 310mAh battery.

The Insta360 Go 3 also includes an Action Pod, which can be used as a remote control for the camera (through Bluetooth), a live viewfinder, and a camera module rapid charger. While the camera has a 45-minute battery life, the Action Pod's 1,270mAh battery extends it to 170 minutes. The Action Pod, which is charged through a USB Type-C connector, is used to charge the camera module.

The Insta360 Go 3 has Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5, and a USB Type-C connector for connectivity. According to the manufacturer, the camera may be used with contemporary iPhone and Android devices and tablets. A 6-axis gyroscope is also included.
