The tablet might launch with a larger-than-ten-inch LCD display with a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Redmi Pad 2 will also be powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC and an 8,000mAh battery, according to the report.
Furthermore, the tipster disclosed the camera specifications of the rumoured Redmi tablet, revealing an 8-megapixel primary back sensor and a 5-megapixel front camera sensor on the Redmi Pad 2. It might ship with Android 13 out of the box, with the company's MIUI 14 overlay on top.
